I’m a crafty wife and mom to four beautiful children, and founder of Make Life Lovely. I love to throw an amazing party, create, scrapbook, make cakepops, take picures of my kiddos, go to the beach, eat frozen yogurt, spend hours on Pinterest, and visit fun places with my family.

I have always loved creating and crafting. I have a strong desire to create, and truly enjoy sharing my ideas with others- that’s the whole reason I started my blog! I have been a crafty kid for as long as I can remember. My favorite activities in school were always those that involved getting crafty and making things. My siblings still tease me about the 40 wallpaper bags I made when I was 12 years old after I got my hands on a free wallpaper sample book that had been discontinued. I graduated from BYU in Elementary Education, and moved back to Southern California after graduation. I met my husband-to-be, and we were married a few days before my first year of teaching elementary school. I taught grades K-3rd for seven years as our family was growing. Four children later, I am a happy stay-at-home mom who is always on the lookout for my next DIY project and for any excuse to throw a party!
